Ace is on a mission to empower 1MM engineering managers to mentor and drive performance of 50 million developers.
There are 1MM engineering managers who lead 50MM developers, and less than 15% of managers have management skills. So they have difficulties noticing engineers' problems, coaching, giving feedback, discussing promotions, and doing other management routines.
Ace integrates with working tools like Gitlab, Jira, Slack, Asana and highlights engineers that manager should focus on and explains why for following use cases:
We're building a universal AI virtual assistant for engineering teams that recommend actions based on developers' goals and productivity patterns.
We support 2 different kinds of customers: scaling startups, who need to implement people processes to sustain growth, and developer/design teams in established tech companies to replace existing toolkit (google forms, spreadsheets, etc)
